Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after she quit gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her career in fitness at the age of 16, after which she quit gym class. In just a few years after that, she managed to obtain her Pro Card aged 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was away for six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her undergraduate studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to stage in 2015. It was the same as when she was at in her previous shows, which included those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she competed over the years, and she determined to achieve higher standards each year. At the end 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. Then, in October 2015 she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later, and was awarded 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. When you consider she had to fight against best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing new improvements to her physique every year. The body part that Ariel likes to work out includes her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. She does this by executing supersettings in all the back exercises she does. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
