Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada, and is now American. There are more than 20 albums that have been made available by her. DiFranco's music has been classified as folk as well as alternative rock, but it has additional influences from punk funk hip beat and jazz. Ani Difranco is widely recognized as an icon of feminist music. In the year 1990, she was among the first people to launch her own label independently. DiFranco was a born on 23rd September, 1970, in Buffalo New York. Her parents were Elizabeth (Ross), from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as Dante Americo DiFranco. Her mother was born in Montreal and her father is of Italian origins. Ani Difrasco wrote and sang the song "32 Flavors". This track is on her sixth studio album Not a Pretty Girl released in 1995. It was featured on the soundtrack of 1999's Canadian romantic film Better Than Chocolate is a variation of this song.
