Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is a broadcast journalist from America. She previously co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan contributed to CNN's coverage of both the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections. She also worked at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events as well as events that occurred during her tenure as an official of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the limit on debt for the United States and debates by the supercommittee. Bolduan was an assignment reporter for general assignments, covering such reports like the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision on Obamacare. Bolduan also reported on the government's stimulus programs in 2009. The reporter joined CNN Newsource in 2007.
